How do writer's get their ideas and create a published piece? In this year's Authors Club students will explore different poetic styles. Students will use their imagination to create their own poetry. They will also explore the mentor text "Love That Dog" and "I'm Just No Good at Rhyming."
Grade Level: Entering 3–6
Dates and Time: June 11-15, 2018, 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Location: Brigham Young University
Tuition includes five days of instruction, writing materials, the book "Love That Dog" by Sharon Creech, a T-shirt, lunch and snacks.
